Perspectives

Good decisions need context as well as numbers.

Financial information matters, but figures become more meaningful once the business behind them is understood. Who buys the product or service? Why do customers return? Which decisions are hardest for the team?

These questions do not replace rigorous analysis. They make it more relevant. A credible view of an opportunity connects the numbers to the people and operations that produce them.

01

A partnership needs clear responsibilities.

Alignment is more than agreement at signing. Owners and partners need to know who makes decisions, how disagreements will be handled, and what each side can contribute when circumstances change. Clear expectations make a relationship more useful—and more resilient.

02

Local knowledge is an advantage, not a formality.

It is easy to express interest in another market. Understanding it takes time and direct conversation. Meeting local entrepreneurs, advisers, and business owners helps us ask better questions. Our office in Chișinău helps us have those conversations face to face.

03

A long-term view still calls for decisions.

Taking a long-term view means allowing enough time to understand an opportunity, then being clear about the next step: proceed, keep learning, or decline respectfully. That clarity is valuable to everyone involved.
